Settings
The Settings screen allows Service Providers to manage list of approved From and Reply To email addresses, which allows the campaigns to use consistent and approved sender information.
While on the Settings screen, you can easily navigate to the Manage Campaigns, Manage Groups, View Recipients, or Manage Templates screen by clicking the Managing Campaigns, Manage Groups, View Recipients, or Managing Templates quicklinks respectively.
Accessing Settings Screen
To access the Settings screen:

Click the Settings quicklink from any of the following dashboards:

Manage Campaigns

Manage Groups

View Recipients

Manage Templates

The dashboard displays the following sections under the Email Addresses tab:

You can:
Complete the following:

If you want to add a new From or Reply To Email address, then simply click New in the section in which you want to add.
A new line item is displayed. Enter your preferred email address.
Note: You can only view the From Address or Reply To Address if you have previously set up a custom domain through PrismHR support.

To edit an email address, simply click on the email address field and start modifying your desired email address.

To delete an email address, simply click the delete icon.
The system displays a pop-up window with a warning message stating, Are you sure you want to delete this email address? Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Click Delete.

To reorder the From or Reply To email addresses, simply drag and drop a record.
