Navigating Online Help

The online help for PrismHR- Communication Hub Help includes a table of contents, search field, and buttons that enable you to find the information you needprinting and navigating between the topics you have viewed.

Contents	Use this tab to navigate through the contents of the online help. You can open books and pages.
Search	Enter a word or phrase and then press Enter to search the online help contents for that information.
Print	Print the current page on the default printer.
Expand all	Expand all of the items in the page, such as images.
Remove Highlight	If you searched the online help, the relevant words are highlighted. Click this to remove the highlights.

Navigation icons enable you to step through the table of contents. This is useful when working through a series of topics about a single form.

Navigate previous ()	Go to the previous topic in the table of contents.
Navigate next ()	Go to the next topic in the table of contents.

Back and Forward icons work the same as the back and forward buttons in a web browser. This is useful when you follow links to pages that are not sequential in the table of contents.

Back ()	Go to the previous topic you were viewing.
Forward ()	Return to the topic you just came back from, if any.

If you need assistance from PrismHR Customer Support, complete the following information:

Access the Customer Resource Center (CRC) and complete the following information:

Enter your email address in the Email field

•

Enter your CRC password in the Password field.

•

Click Log in.

Search for Additional Topics on the PrismHR Customer Resource Center (CRC)

The Customer Resource Center (CRC) contains many helpful articles and files. Complete the following information to search for additional topics:

1.

Access the Customer Resource Center and complete the following information:

•

Enter your email address in the Email field

•

Enter your CRC password in the Password field.

•

Click Log in.

Note: If you don’t have a CRC log-in, please contact your manager, or lead support contact in your organization to request access to the CRC.

2.

Enter a keyword in the Search Cases, Knowledge Base and the Community field.

3.

Click Search.

4.

Review the search results and click the link for a topic.

Access the Client Resource Center - PrismHR Ideas page and complete the following information:

Enter your email address in the Email field

•

Enter your CRC password in the Password field.

•

Click Log in.

Note: If you don’t have a CRC log-in, please contact your manager, or lead support contact in your organization to request access to the CRC.

2.

(Optional) Select Popular, Recent, or Oldest from the drop-down to review ideas submitted by other users.

3.

Click Post an Idea

4.

Complete the information in the Post an Idea window.

Note: Please post only one idea per submission, but you may submit as many ideas as you would like.
