PrismHR Communication Hub is an AI-powered, multi-channel messaging platform that lets service providers deliver timely, targeted, and multilingual communications to employees via email, SMS, in-app messages, and push notifications — all from one central interface.
Initially, Communication Hub is available to service providers through PrismHR. Integration with the Employee Portal and HCM platforms is planned for future releases.

PrismHR Communication Hub became generally available to all PrismHR clients starting with the January 22/23 release.
Communication Hub is accessed through PrismHR and is enabled via user roles. Administrators must grant Communication Hub permissions to the appropriate roles to ensure only authorized users can create and send employee communications.
Yes. On-Prem clients can access Communication hub, but additional configuration is required. Clients should contact their Customer Success Manager or Client Growth Manager to begin setup.

Yes. Communication Hub currently supports AI-assisted message creation to help tailor tone and content. Dynamic substitution variables (for example, inserting an employee’s name into a message) are planned for early 2026.

No. AI assists with content creation only. Users always review and approve messages before sending.
Yes. All AI-generated content is fully editable, and users remain in complete control of the final message.

Employee data syncs in near real time. Updates made in PrismHR typically appear in Communication Hub within approximately 2 minutes.
The initial employee data load is fully automated and runs during account setup. Communication Hub can import up to 500,000 employee records in roughly 30 minutes.
Communication Hub prioritizes addresses in the following order:

Yes. Communication Hub follows key regulatory standards:

Only Service Provider users with the appropriate PrismHR role permissions can create and send messages through Communication Hub. This functionality is not currently available to trusted advisors or worksite managers.
Yes, you can configure a custom From and Reply-To email address to replace the default noreply@prismhr.com, however, this requires a formal setup process that involved domain verification and configuration with out email service provider. To initiate the process, please submit a support case.
Yes. All messages are sent with secure data handling and privacy controls built into PrismHR.
The following functionality is coming soon: campaign templates are planned for the first half of 2026, including preformatted templates for common communications (e.g., Open Enrollment).
